Role Responsibilities
As a Service Dispatcher, you will arrive at the office each day prepared to maximize scheduling efficiency while maintaining high standards of customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing customer needs and assigning HVAC or plumbing technicians based on their skills and availability.
- Ensuring that service experts meet revenue targets.
- Reviewing invoices and conducting follow-up calls with customers after service completion.
Your role is crucial in ensuring that our community receives essential services, and you will leave each day knowing you have made a difference.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
- Strong customer service skills.
While prior dispatch experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Experience in the HVAC or plumbing sector is a plus. If you possess excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, and can effectively prioritize tasks, you may be an ideal candidate for this position.
Work Schedule
This role typically involves a full-time schedule with the flexibility to engage in an on-call rotation during peak seasons.
