We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team at The South Plains. As a key member of our behavioral health department, you will apply psychological and therapeutic knowledge to address behavioral health and addictive disorders in adults.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct various forms of group and individual therapy, including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and other evidence-based psychotherapy
- Assess patients and develop effective treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in behavioral medicine
- Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or licensed psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
- Excellent working knowledge of behavioral medicine and evidence-based treatments for medical and mental health conditions
- Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment
- Previous clinical responsibility, including crisis intervention, individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy
