About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager to oversee our affordable housing properties in Charlotte, NC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in apartment management, with experience in tax credit compliance and regulatory affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Supervise and train staff members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality property maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial statements and resident data.
  • Collaborate with regional property managers and other stakeholders to achieve business goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • SC Property Manager's License or PMIC License required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment management, preferably in tax credit communities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Compensation:

The salary for this position is estimated at $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
