Overview
Affordable housing solutions provider AGM Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Apartment Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our 100-unit community. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the well-being of residents, maintain high occupancy rates, and uphold industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Advertise available units, conduct property tours, and manage the leasing process to achieve optimal occupancy rates.
  • Monitor and manage property budgets, rent collection, and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Technician to ensure the property meets regulatory requirements.
  • Stay informed about affordable housing regulations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Requirements:
An Associate's degree or higher preferred, along with previous experience in property management, preferably with a focus on affordable housing. Knowledge of affordable housing programs and regulations, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills, are essential. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite is also required.

Benefits:
