Job Overview

This is a key leadership role that oversees all financial and administrative functions of North America, including Treasury, Accounting, reporting, tax compliance, risk management, and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the Company in local community affairs, managing charitable giving and sponsorships, and acting in an official capacity as a Director and Officer of all USA legal entities and the companies' legal Mexican subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and authorize filing of Federal, State, and local tax returns
  • Manage and control all elements of business risk within the Company
  • Manage local Risk Management and Compliance Systems in a manner consistent with Global Policy
  • Manage external Legal relationships as required, including coordinated review of commercial agreements
  • Manage insurance brokerage relationships to secure coverage necessary to protect USA operations
Requirements
  • BA or BS in Accounting or Finance
  • MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred along with 10 to 15 years of relevant business experience
  • Practical and working knowledge of US GAAP and accounting practices
