Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
  • Obtain and verify customer and vehicle information
  • Clearly communicate vehicle symptoms and recommended maintenance to customers
  • Determine and recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
  • Prepare accurate estimates of cost for labor and parts
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle and update customers frequently
  • Verify that final invoices reconcile with work performed
  • Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Florida Driver's License
  • Minimum one year of retail automotive service experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Professional personal appearance
