Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a proficient CNC Production Specialist to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in operating and maintaining advanced production machinery, ensuring that all product specifications and tolerances are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate complex CNC machinery and associated manufacturing software safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to digital work instructions, blueprints, and guidelines to meet precise product specifications.
  • Perform equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Set up and manage automatic or semi-automatic machines within a continuous production environment.
  • Monitor production processes to maintain control over specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and in-process testing to ensure product integrity.
  • Modify and set up programs for robotics and vision systems as required.
  • Execute troubleshooting procedures and implement necessary adjustments to machinery.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation and electronic data entries in a timely manner.
  • Comply with safety regulations and actively support Lean Enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC operations is preferred.
  • Prior programming experience is advantageous.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and technical manufacturing processes.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and applying GD&T methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid foundation in shop mathematics and precision measurement tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and HMI systems.

Work Environment:
This position operates within standard operating procedures and requires a moderate level of supervision.
