We are seeking a skilled Home Care Professional to join our team. As a Home Care Professional, you will provide personal care activities that assist patients with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing/shaving, and preparing meals and snacks. You will also perform patient-specific activities, such as providing hospice supportive care, medication reminders, and assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises.
Responsibilities- Personal Care Activities: Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing/shaving, and preparing meals and snacks
- Patient-Specific Activities: Provide hospice supportive care, medication reminders, and assist with prescribed range of motion exercises
- Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Hoyer Lift Experience: Experience with using a Hoyer lift to transfer patients
- Personal Care Experience: Experience providing personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Range of Motion Exercises: Experience assisting patients with range of motion exercises
- Foley Care: Experience providing Foley care to patients
- Companionship: Ability to provide companionship to patients and engage in conversation
- Light Cleaning: Ability to perform light cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
We prefer candidates with weekend shift availability.
