About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Therapy Services Coordinator to join our team at Mass General Brigham. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized professional to coordinate physical therapy services and ensure seamless care delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient schedules, communicating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records. In addition to providing administrative support, you will also assist with patient education and discharge planning.

This part-time/per diem position offers a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
