Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Therapy Specialist to join our team at Rosalino Counseling Services LLC. This role is responsible for coordinating psychosocial community services under the direction of our Clinical Psychologist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in assessing, planning, and implementing psychosocial programs.
  • Develop and deliver educational programs for patients and their families.
  • Counsel patients and interpret their special needs to professionals and lay groups.
  • Conduct surveys and studies on psychosocial status and patterns of population groups.
  • Review and evaluate recent psychosocial health research.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Mastery of bilingual skills in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Familiarity with multicultural groups and sensitivity to Hispanic culture is essential.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
