Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Consultant to lead a growing team in response to our expanding operations and the addition of 22 new service bays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Toyota/Lexus vehicles is highly desirable.
  • Previous roles as a Service Advisor or in a dealership environment are advantageous.
  • Teamwork experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer systems is essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities are a must.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct vehicle walk-arounds to enhance customer understanding of vehicle conditions and foster relationships.
  • Prepare service order estimates and quotes for clients.
  • Advise customers on recommended services based on their vehicle's condition and mileage.
  • Manage customer appointments using X-Time software and maintain an orderly schedule.
  • Provide timely updates on vehicle status and follow up post-repair through calls and messages.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Preferred Systems Experience

  • Familiarity with Reynolds Ignite, X-Time Scheduling, and TSD Loaner Software is preferred.
