As a RN Resident, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty.
Key responsibilities include assessing patient condition, performing procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers, documenting care in the patient medical record, and teaching patients, families, and caregivers about patient medical condition, treatment plan, medications, and possible side effects.

Some travel may be needed for training, but you will remain local to the Kansas City metro area and will only be for the first 4 to 9 weeks of orientation.
