The Branch Operations Supervisor is expected to take responsibility for designated tasks and contribute to the overall success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fostering relationships with clients, local businesses, and community members.
  • Processing loan applications and clarifying loan agreements and terms.
  • Providing outstanding customer service and collaborating with clients to identify solutions to their financial challenges.
  • Engaging with clients to recover overdue payments.

Qualifications for Branch Operations Supervisor:

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Goal-oriented mindset.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Basic mathematical proficiency and comfort with numerical data.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in one or more of the following areas (more experience is a plus):
    • Installment lending, vehicle financing, or related consumer lending sectors.
    • Consumer debt recovery.
    • Retail or customer-facing environments.
    • Sales roles (including retail sales, positions with sales targets, commission-based sales, account management, etc.).
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
