Electrical Superintendent Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team at Weifield Group Contracting. As an Electrical Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects, managing teams, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage electrical projects, implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage 2-4 crews/electrical projects, ranging from 15,000-100,000 man hours or $5M-$25M with gross margins over 13%.
  • Supervise 2-4 or more supervisors, with total responsibility for up to 70 employees on one or more sites.
  • Independently start and manage projects, delivering against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Help recruit, train, and develop foremen, journeyman, and apprentices.
  • Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years' experience managing high-dollar projects and large teams.
  • Current Foremen II and III will have 2-4+ years of supervisory experience respectively.
  • Experience utilizing prefabrication.
  • Possess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman license.
  • Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives.
  • Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high-quality electrical workmanship.
  • Be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications.
