About the Role:

As a Healthcare Problem Management Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing problems throughout our migration to new vendors and systems. You will analyze, trend, and track new ServiceNow business incidents on a daily basis, conduct root cause analyses, and categorize incidents into trended problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and track new ServiceNow business incidents on a daily basis
  • Conduct root cause analyses of issues across domains such as enrollment, billing, claims, client setup, and provider networks
  • Categorize incidents into trended problems and maintain problem tickets through the problem management ServiceNow module
  • Facilitate problem management meetings with key business stakeholders to identify, update, and resolve issues
  • Develop and maintain a problem management database to track issues and their resolution status
  • Develop training documentation for business teams to ensure they are equipped to open, reassign, update, and resolve tickets
  • Partner with the Rapid Insights team to develop tools to monitor the business and quickly identify new issues

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of healthcare or health insurance operations experience
  • Strong social and communication skills, and the ability to work as a matrixed leader across an organization
  • 2+ years of experience in problem management or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and root causes of problems
  • Experience working with ServiceNow and Tableau
  • Knowledge of Google Big Query, SQL, or other coding languages
