Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team as Nurse Development Specialists. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care while also participating in educational programs to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver excellent patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing needs of patients from birth through the lifecycle.
  • To participate in educational programs and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in nursing practice.
  • To collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve seamless patient care.
  • To demonstrate leadership skills, effective communication, initiative, independent judgment, and the ability to handle stressful environments.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • New graduates or experienced nurses eligible for the position.
  • A current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse.
  • BLS certification required.
