Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is competitive, with a range of $15.00 - $16.00 per hour. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a variety of benefits, including tiered pay rate increases and more holiday pay opportunities.

Job Description

As a Home Healthcare Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care services and companion care services to our clients. This may include assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting, grooming, shaving, dental care, dressing, and eating. You will also be responsible for ambulation, transfers, and repositioning of clients, as well as performing basic first aid and CPR.

Requirements
  • You must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of GA or have a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification with GACCP.
  • You must have positive previous work experience, verified by providing a 5-year employment history.
  • You must pass a criminal background check and submit to random drug screening.
  • You must have no history of abuse or neglect.
  • You must have current CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • You must have negative TB Skin test results.
  • You must provide a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for 3 Years.
  • You must have a personal vehicle or dependable transportation with proof of insurance.
