Job Overview: As a Pediatric Care Specialist with Piedmont HealthCare, you will play a critical role in the delivery of quality nursing care to patients from birth through adulthood. Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct patient care and assist senior staff members with operational issues.

Essential Duties:
  1. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  2. Maintain accurate patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  3. Participate in educational programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.


Requirements: We require applicants to have a graduate degree in nursing and at least one year of experience in a pediatric setting. A current RN license in the State of Georgia or an NLC/eNLC Multistate License is mandatory. Preferred qualifications include two years of nursing experience and advanced certification in pediatrics.

Salary Information: Based on market rates and regional factors, the estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $62,000 to $82,000. Note that final compensation may differ according to individual qualifications and organizational policies.
