Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at WestCare Foundation. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing support and supervision to program residents under the guidance of our Lead Behavioral Health Technicians.

About the Role:

This Per Diem position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will be responsible for monitoring designated residents, facilitating mentoring and discipline, and completing support documentation. Additionally, you will participate in 24/7 coverage, track hours worked, and ensure consistent arrival times to scheduled shifts.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have at least one year of experience working in a behavioral health setting or similar position. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and relevant certification(s) and/or licensure are preferred. Active CPR Certification and a valid driver's license are also necessary.

You will be working primarily in a residential treatment setting, with some outdoor activities and travel between multiple locations required. This is a Per Diem position, meaning you will work as needed. Regular and prompt attendance is expected throughout your employment.

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly. This salary reflects your value to our organization and the critical role you will play in supporting our residents.
