Network Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team at Communication Services Integrated, Inc. As a Network Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our clients' telecommunications systems, including troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance. You will also install and configure new systems, as well as provide training and support to our staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for clients' telecommunications systems, including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Install and configure new telecommunications systems, including hosted phone systems and internet installations.
- Perform site surveys to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
- Train and support staff on the use and maintenance of telecommunications systems.
- Install Cat5/6 cable for voice and data networks.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to install Cat6 cable and troubleshoot network issues.
- Proficiency in provisioning hosted phone systems.
- Familiarity with router programming and internet installation procedures.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
- Good driving record with reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
