About the RoleThis is a field-based position that requires travel, typically 10% of the time. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing, market research, new product development, and P/L management. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but 5+ years of professional experience in sales or clinical roles is required.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with fire chiefs, medical directors, clinical instructors, and administrators to promote Stryker Emergency Care products.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on competitor offerings and market trends to maintain credibility with customers.
- Focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork and empowerment, solving problems, and providing excellent customer service.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or 5+ years of professional experience in sales or clinical roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing, market research, new product development, and P/L management.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record, as this role requires frequent travel and operation of a company vehicle.
- A competitive salary estimated at $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
