As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your duties will include:

  • Setting up banquet rooms to ensure a seamless and efficient service experience.
  • Attending roll call meetings to review event details and guest expectations.
  • Greeting guests and responding to their requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring consistency throughout the banquet.
  • Removing dishes promptly and resetting the banquet room to ensure readiness for the next function.
  • Abiding by all relevant laws and regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Replenishing beverages as needed and checking with guests for overall satisfaction.
Required Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • A self-starting personality with a positive and even disposition.
  • A professional appearance and manner at all times.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, and guest relations.
  • The ability to remember and recite menu items and promote them to guests.
  • The ability to transport up to 30 lbs. through a crowded room on a continuous basis.
