ROLE OF A LANE SERVER

As a Lane Server, you will be the face of our bowling center. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with guests, serving delicious items from our menu, and delivering outstanding service that keeps our patrons coming back. If you excel in teamwork and enjoy interacting with people, this position is a great fit for you.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take, deliver, and finalize food and drink orders
  • Familiarize yourself with our menu, promotions, and specials to inform guests
  • Check in with guests regularly
  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and problem resolution
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the center
  • Prepare, stock, and organize your designated work area
  • Promote and upsell the center's offerings

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma (optional)
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities
  • A dedication to exceptional guest service
  • Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
