As a Lane Server at JB's on 41, you'll be the face of our bowling center, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring they have an unforgettable experience. Your role will involve interacting with guests, serving food and beverages, and providing top-notch service that keeps them coming back for more.

What You'll Do:

  • Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
  • Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests
  • Check back with guests routinely to ensure their needs are met
  • Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
  • Help keep the center clean and organized
  • Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
  • Recommend and upsell the center experience

What It Takes:

  • HS Diploma (Optional)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to great guest service
  • Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

Typical entertainment center environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
