Job Summary:

We are seeking a Porter to join our team at Bowlero Corp. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our entertainment centers, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bowling lanes, arcade games, and surrounding areas
  • Assist servers and runners with setup and breakdown of events and activities
  • Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform minor building maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Work Environment:
