The Enterprise Business Processes team is a newly established unit composed of diverse professionals with extensive experience across various sectors. Position Summary

The Senior Orchestration Planner will oversee the consistent and reliable production of our operational reviews. This role involves meticulously orchestrating various sessions and events, including high-level meetings, workshops, demonstrations, conferences, and training sessions. The planner will also engage in PMO activities, tasks, projects, and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement. This key team member should embody a positive work culture and excel in fostering team collaboration. The individual will work closely with solution teams, IT personnel, and partners in a dynamic environment to ensure the successful achievement of program goals and objectives through proactive engagement, critical thinking, and a commitment to delivering exceptional work products.

Salary Information: PG&E provides a salary range that reflects the company's good faith estimate for this position at the time of posting. This range is specific to the job's locality, and actual compensation will depend on various factors, including skills, education, certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. The estimated salary range for this role is as follows:

Bay Area Minimum: $102,000

Bay Area Maximum: $162,000

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the production of quality DORs, WORs, and MORs.
  • Maintain the program's time architecture.
  • Manage the program calendar and associated communications.
  • Oversee workspace management, including special projects.
  • Administer collaboration tools and resources.
  • Maintain team rosters, organizational charts, and distribution lists.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate sessions and events effectively.
  • Participate in budget analysis and variance tasks as needed.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing reports, presentations, and analytics for business insights.
  • Work primarily in an office setting with extensive use of technology for meetings and communications.
  • Travel may be required as part of the role.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with SAP systems.
  • Familiarity with PG&E's operational frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to communicate progress, escalate issues, and manage timelines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with experience in managing event logistics and run-of-show documentation.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving with minimal supervision.
  • Exhibits a positive, execution-focused mindset, with awareness of team dynamics and adaptability in work style.
  • Brings high energy, resourcefulness, and a solution-oriented approach.
