Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process policy changes, including certificates and endorsements
  • Handle client inquiries, research, and resolve problems

  • Assist in the renewal process, including application submissions and collection of loss runs and underwriting questions
  • Submit applications to carriers and follow up on quotations and policies
  • Respond to client and carrier partner inquiries
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Commercial Insurance Property & Casualty
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
  • Valid P&C license
  • Previous rating experience
  • Issuing certificates and endorsements
  • Supporting account managers with new business and renewals
  • Day-to-day servicing of accounts
  • Taking initial claims calls
  • Working with carriers
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Prior employment stability required
  • Experience with Applied TAM is a plus
