POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Client Relationship Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial documentation and ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain precise and current financial records utilizing accounting software.
- Reconcile financial statements including bank and credit card accounts.
- Generate comprehensive financial reports for internal review.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic audits.
- Liaise with external vendors or contractors to address payment discrepancies or negotiate contracts.
- Prepare and manage invoices and bills efficiently.
- Support year-end tax preparation activities.
- Prepare and submit necessary sales and use tax documentation.
- Aid in biweekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in employee data management.
- Uphold confidentiality in handling sensitive financial and employee information.
- Execute administrative duties such as organizing files and ensuring compliance with the Records Retention Policy.
- Update financial spreadsheets and prepare bank deposits.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Familiarity with email communication tools.
