About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pavement/Geotechnical Project Manager to join our team at HNTB. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for managing pavement data collection and pavement management for assigned Harris County projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project scope and fee quotations
  • Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and contracts
  • Manage project teams to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets to completion
  • Perform technical discipline tasks, including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production
  • Implement project delivery plans using HNTB's Sophisticated Delivery Approach (SDA)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience
  • 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification
  • American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Engineering
  • 10 years relevant experience
