Company Overview:
The Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services is seeking a skilled Child Care Manager to oversee the temporary emergency services location. This position requires expertise in case management, program policies, and procedures.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage the daily operations of our temporary emergency service locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, youth, parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and evaluate case management activities, documentation, and resources needed by children in temporary emergency locations.
- Develop options, coordinate with various entities, and implement action plans to maintain a well-functioning collaborative environment.
- Evaluate and make recommendations for targeted changes in methods, procedures, and/or documentation to improve specific elements of operations, services, and activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in child welfare, case management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including children, youth, parents, caregivers, and professionals.

Salary:
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
