Position Overview

KETTLER is seeking a dedicated Property Leasing Specialist to join our team, focusing on enhancing occupancy rates within our apartment community.

The Property Leasing Specialist, under the guidance of the Community Manager, plays a crucial role in attracting potential residents by generating qualified leads, engaging with the local community, scheduling property viewings, facilitating rentals, fostering resident satisfaction, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome prospective residents and conduct informative property tours.
  • Implement effective outreach marketing strategies.
  • Develop and manage engaging social media campaigns to connect with residents.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up with all prospects to address inquiries and maintain a personalized approach.
  • Assist in initiatives aimed at resident retention.
  • Collaborate with local businesses, events, and organizations to enhance community relations.
  • Regularly inspect the marketing path to ensure optimal presentation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both residents and prospects.
  • Process lease applications and evaluate potential residents.
  • Support the Community Manager with administrative tasks, including phone management.
  • Actively participate in resolving resident concerns and issues.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles, preferably within residential property management.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; some college education is preferred.
  • Strong customer service, sales acumen, and goal-oriented approach.
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with residents and clients.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for business engagement.
