Leasing Representative

KETTLER is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Waverly Place, a premier apartment community in Charleston, SC.

• Prospect Engagement: Greet prospective residents, provide property tours, and ensure a high-touch approach to customer service.
• Marketing and Outreach: Perform proper outreach marketing, create engaging social media initiatives, and manage posts to connect residents and promote the community.
• Lease Processing: Process lease applications, qualify residents, and provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Community Support: Assist with resident retention, support efforts to partner with nearby businesses and organizations, and provide administrative support to the Community Manager.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects, resolve resident concerns and issues, and perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience: At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or office experience, preferably in residential property management.
• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Skills: Customer service, sales, and goal-oriented mindset; computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability: Must be able to work on weekends and holidays.
