At Armstrong Receivable Management, we are seeking a skilled Phone Auditor to join our team. As a Phone Auditor, you will be responsible for facilitating insurance premium audits for Worker's Compensation and General Liability policies.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct premium audits in accordance with established guidelines and regulations.
  • Make daily calls to insureds and agents to gather necessary information.
  • Complete audits based on class codes, specific states, and clients.
  • Correspond with policyholders, CPAs, bookkeepers, and agents to gather additional information as needed.
  • Average 35 billable hours per week for Full Time and 17.5 billable hours per week for Part Time.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Strong judgment and critical thinking skills.
  • Competent use of spreadsheets, word processing, and email.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and multitask.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and tax documents.
  • Bookkeeping experience and QuickBooks proficiency.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Annual salary range $30,940-$35,000 depending on experience.
  • Benefit package with health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage options.
  • 401(k) retirement plan option with company matching.
  • Generous paid time off policy.
  • Weekly pay.
  • Reimbursement of miscellaneous expenses, such as phone and internet, monthly.
