Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Assistive Technology Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to our customers, helping them to overcome technical challenges and get the most out of our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and online chat
  • Offer advice and guidance on how to use our products
  • Solve problems caused by Microsoft Windows or system configurations
  • Train users and professionals on our software and hardware
  • Log all support queries into our CRM system
  • Embrace new support technologies and proactively seek to develop our support channels
  • Create knowledgebase articles and quick videos to help customers self-serve
  • Liaise with other teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Good IT skills, including knowledge of Windows and iOS
  • Excellent written English skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Patience and a willingness to learn
