- Bachelor's Degree Preferred: No delinquent or in default on a federal student loan as verified in your credit report. If in a rehabilitation program, your credit report must reflect that you are current, not delinquent, on your payments.
- Outstanding Time Management Skills: Prioritize competing priorities and manage your time effectively, even while traveling.
- Clear Communication Skills: Explain complex concepts to anyone and communicate effectively in person, in writing, and on the phone.
- Self-Motivation and Drive to Succeed: Take ownership of your work and make a meaningful impact on Grand Canyon University students' lives.
- High Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrate empathy and understanding when coaching diverse students and developing partner relationships.
- Valid Driver's License, Reliable Transportation, and Flexible Schedule: Travel extensively in your territory, with some events requiring evening and/or weekend availability.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Relevant industry-related professional experience.
- Experience working with CRM tools.
