- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of service requests and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry developments, applying this knowledge to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in electronics or engineering, with a focus on medical imaging equipment.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service and results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Proficiency in cloud-based systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
- A valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively, as required.
This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to customer sites. You will be exposed to various weather conditions and may be required to work in confined spaces. A strong commitment to safety and adherence to company protocols is essential.
