InsideHigherEd is in search of a qualified candidate for the role of Global Education Special Programs Advisor within the Global Education Office. This position involves guiding students on international study opportunities across a curated selection of countries and overseeing a series of faculty-led study abroad initiatives for both undergraduate and professional education.

The advisor will also facilitate the integration of study abroad experiences into the academic curriculum by collaborating with various departments to ensure transfer credits are appropriately managed. Additionally, this role plays a vital part in promoting sustainability initiatives within the office and actively contributes to efforts related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of faculty-led study abroad programs
  • Processing and evaluating student transfer credits for study abroad
  • Providing advisory support to students regarding study abroad options
  • Engaging with specialized global education programs, whether conducted abroad or on campus
  • Supporting institutional initiatives, particularly those focused on DEI and sustainability

Required Qualifications:
