The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of our designated clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating patient care and clinic business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the clinic, including patient care and business processes.
- Develop and implement policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Conduct annual needs assessments with staff and participate in the development of maintenance, capital equipment, and staff budgets.
- Coordinate scheduling of leave time and submit documented plans for physical plant renovation or repair as necessary.
- Participate in ad hoc committees to develop plans related to clinic issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Five years of experience in the field of Nursing, with at least three years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arkansas and current BLS certification or must successfully obtain certification within the first 30 days of employment.
