Pinnacle Construction & Development Corporation is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Senior Project Superintendent with a robust skill set and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically for multifamily residential projects.
The Senior Project Superintendent will oversee all administrative and technical operations on a multifamily construction site. A comprehensive understanding of construction processes, including technology, equipment, methodologies, engineering principles, cost management, scheduling, and safety protocols is essential.
- Extensive experience in wood framing is required, preferably in multifamily settings, along with proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting specifications.
- Strong management skills for overseeing a workforce and effective communication abilities are necessary.
- Familiarity with construction project management software is mandatory.
- Completion of OSHA 10-hour safety training and first aid/CPR certification is required.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential, along with a commitment to learning and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Work Environment: This role will be based in an on-site construction office and active construction site.
