About the Role
The Construction Site Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Managing and leading a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals and objectives
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, including site management, scheduling, and quality control

- Maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting
- Developing and implementing project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience as a construction site superintendent, managing large commercial projects
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in construction software, including Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite
