  • Assist the Superintendent in the management of all field activities, including supervising Hourigan on-site employees and ensuring the proper performance of all subcontractors.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, quality, safety, and coordination with other trades.
  • Enforce all required Hourigan on-site Quality Control procedures and Safety and emergency procedures.
  • Participate in the Hourigan Safety and Health Management System (SHMS) by committing to safe work practices and eliminating hazards within your capability and control.

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field position, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in general contracting, preferably with a strong background in construction management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with construction management software, preferably Procore and Bluebeam.
  • Knowledge of commercial construction means and methods, LEED certifications, and industry practices.
