Sales Position: We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive for our Southeast Florida market, focusing on profitable and aggressive sales growth.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

  • Develop Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with end users, design/build contractors, mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, large owner accounts, and ESCOs.
  • Design Assistance: Assist consulting engineers in designing control system applications.
  • Estimation Services: Estimate material, labor, and subcontractor costs for control system applications based on plans/specifications.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with the Operations Department to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and with high customer satisfaction.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare technical scope of work proposals and presentations for consulting engineers highlighting Albireo Energy's value proposition.
  • Sales Support: Provide sales support for ongoing new installations, including setting meetings with customers, identifying opportunities, and selling Albireo Energy's capabilities.
  • Negotiation Skills: Negotiate final pricing and scope of work with contractors and end users.
  • Sales Meetings: Attend sales meetings and training seminars.
  • Team Selling: Collaborate with other sales executives to achieve annual revenue and gross margin targets.
  • Sales Forecasting: Track sales activities and forecast sales opportunities using CRM.

Requirements:

  • Success in Plan & Spec / Construction Sales: Proven track record in plan & spec/construction sales.
  • Experience in Building Automation Field: 5+ years of experience in sales within the building automation field.
  • Drawing Interpretation: Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical, and controls drawings.
  • HVAC Understanding: Familiarity with building HVAC systems and the application of controls.
  • CRM Proficiency: Must be comfortable using CRM tools for pipeline and activity management.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent degree with industry experience.
  • Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
