Manufacturing Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at Winzeler Couplings & Metals. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

About the RoleThis is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate manufacturing capabilities and identify areas for improvement to optimize processes and reduce waste.
- Develop and implement new or improved manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to complete approved projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or related field (1-3 years of experience).
- Strong knowledge of machines and machine functions, die theory, and metal forming principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Computer skills preferred – Microsoft Office, AutoDesk (Inventor, AutoCAD).
