About the Role

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate manufacturing capabilities and identify areas for improvement to optimize processes and reduce waste.
  2. Develop and implement new or improved manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and quality.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to complete approved projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  4. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or related field (1-3 years of experience).
  • Strong knowledge of machines and machine functions, die theory, and metal forming principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Computer skills preferred – Microsoft Office, AutoDesk (Inventor, AutoCAD).
