  • Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional client service and ensure the smooth flow of clients and pets through our hospital.
  • Act as a liaison between our veterinary medical team and clients, promoting hospital services and coordinating care to ensure superior client experiences.
  • Work closely with our veterinarians and veterinary technicians to provide top-notch care to our patients and their owners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote hospital services and improve client satisfaction.
  • Requirements:
  • A strong background in customer service, preferably in a veterinary setting.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A proven track record of providing exceptional client service and exceeding sales goals.
