Position: Patient Recruitment Coordinator

The Patient Recruitment Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting Clinical Research Coordinators and Investigators in the recruitment of participants for various phases of clinical trials, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), FDA regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM
Compensation: Hourly pay commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all active study protocols.
  • Conduct daily recruitment activities for all assigned protocols.
  • Engage potential study participants through phone calls and perform comprehensive screenings.
  • Organize and schedule interested participants on a daily visit calendar.
  • Analyze the research database to identify potential subjects for multiple FDA-regulated clinical trials.
  • Input relevant medical history and demographic data from potential participants into a computerized system.
  • Request medical documentation from General Practitioners as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with community physicians and staff regarding study protocols.
  • Assist in the upkeep of the database.
  • Provide administrative support as required.
  • Prepare and distribute recruitment materials to community and physician offices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Prior experience with electronic medical records is advantageous.
