We are currently seeking a dedicated associate to fill the role of Technical Sales Support Representative, playing a crucial part in our sales team focused on HVAC product quotations.

This position will report directly to the branch manager and requires in-office attendance from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm, with a rotating Saturday shift every eight weeks from 8 am to 12 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the external sales team in achieving sales targets.
  • Foster relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while offering technical support and guidance.
  • Engage with key vendors to bolster sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate accurate quotations.
  • Build strong relationships to establish trust within the district.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and continuously train on product knowledge.
  • Offer hands-on assistance as needed, including customer support at the parts counter and backup in the warehouse.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in technical HVAC or HVAC sales is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a quick learning ability.
  • High integrity in problem-solving scenarios.
  • Effective organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in operating computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).

Compensation:

Pay range: $29.92 per hour. This role is eligible for bonus or incentive plans.
