Job Title: Influencer Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Influencer Marketing Assistant to join our team at Clean Skin Club. As an Influencer Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in helping us identify and engage with influencers who align with our brand values and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management:
    • Identify and engage with influencers who align with Clean Skin Club's brand values and products.
    • Help manage influencer communication, contracts, and deliverables for campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
    • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
    • Help gather data to plan influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer partnerships with overarching campaign goals.
    • Ensure that all influencer content is on-brand, authentic, and resonates with our target audience.
  • Data-Driven Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns using key metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
    • Use data insights to optimize future campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement in performance.
    • Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities to innovate and refine influencer marketing strategies.
  • Organizational Excellence:
    • Maintain a structured workflow for all influencer campaigns, including contracts, timelines, and content approvals.
    • Organize and manage influencer campaign materials and assets for ease of reference and reporting.
  • TikTok Shop Management Experience (Plus):
    • Assist in managing Clean Skin Club's TikTok Shop presence, collaborating with influencers/creators for product placements and promotions.
    • Track the effectiveness of TikTok campaigns in driving shop sales and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to help manage influencer relationships.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
  • Experience with TikTok Shop is a plus.
  • Passion for skincare and an understanding of the beauty industry is a bonus.
  • *BONUS* 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing (preferably within the beauty/skincare industry).
