About Our Team
The Customer Success Team is dedicated to ensuring that clients enjoy a seamless experience throughout the entire event lifecycle. This encompasses providing tailored support to clients during event execution, both prior to, during, and following the event.
About the Role
In this position, you will guide exhibitors through their journey, ensuring their successful participation in our events. You will collaborate with various internal departments to deliver prompt and effective solutions to client needs.
The Client Success Specialist will gather feedback and insights from clients regarding their experiences during event execution, fostering enhancements in the services we provide.
Responsibilities- Support clients throughout the entire event journey, offering recommendations and guidance.
- Monitor client fulfillment progress, ensuring they are well-prepared for a successful event.
- Assist clients in the pre-event process of preparing their booths, including help with contracted packages, necessary orders, and clearly articulating the Exhibitor Manual.
- Generate reports that teams can utilize to improve the client experience.- Provide regular updates to event directors regarding client status.
- Manage multiple events across various industries simultaneously.
- Create and revise exhibitor sales contracts, incorporating feedback from legal and sales leadership.
- Coordinate on-site customer success activities during events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
