Job Summary: The Nurse Care Specialist will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in our acute care hospital. This includes assisting physicians and other medical team members in treatments and procedures, maintaining accurate patient records, and administering medications as prescribed. The successful candidate will also be responsible for assessing, coordinating, documenting, and implementing individualized nursing care plans for patients.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide nursing care to patients in our acute care hospital, including administering medications, maintaining patient records, and assisting with treatments and procedures.
  • Assess, coordinate, document, and implement individualized nursing care plans for patients.
  • Work collaboratively with the medical team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication administration records and treatment plans.

Requirements:



  • Current RN licensure in the state of California.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of medication administration and patient care standards.
