About the Position

As a Senior Reliability Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of our operational equipment. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving reliability and enhancing the overall efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of safety, ensuring all team members return home in the same condition they arrived.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies, conducting regular reviews to optimize work order systems.
  • Support the maintenance team by enhancing preventive maintenance procedures and engineering practices.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Oversee maintenance planning and performance measurement to ensure operational excellence.
  • Lead the development of a predictive maintenance program focused on maximizing the reliability of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation and procedures.
  • Perform detailed reliability analyses, including root cause investigations and trend evaluations.
  • Assist in the procurement and management of maintenance service contracts.
  • Provide training on processes and procedures as needed.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of four years of related experience.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with maintenance management systems and instrumentation.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles and reporting.
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting and climbing.
